Fixtures announced for 2011 / 2012 season
Fixtures for the Blue Square Bet South 2011 / 2012 season have been announced, with the Whites pitted against Thurrock in an exciting Home fixture for their first outing.
Manager Darrell Clarke is pleased that the Whites get to kick-off their season with a Home fixture, saying:
“We’re delighted for the fans that our first game is at home, and I hope that they’ll come out in their numbers to celebrate our return to the Conference. We’ve also been given two good local derbies over the Christmas period with a double header against Dorchester Town.
We follow the first game with away matches with Farnborough Town, who just missed out in the play-offs, and then we go to Staines Town on 20 August. These are tough games, but all games are difficult.”
